We are feeling the love from The Oxbow Hotel & The Lakely! Chef Nathan Berg will be creating a six-course dinner which will showcase the delicious quality of the meats we raise in Osseo, WI. It will include many variations of our pork, but also some of the grass-fed beef that we are now producing. 

Jim and Alison will talk about their operation and you’ll get to learn a bit more in detail about this farm that many of you know as a staple of the Downtown Eau Claire Farmers Market. The evening will also include a slideshow of photos from their farm, which includes two of the cutest kids (and one of the cutest dogs) that you’ve ever seen in your life!!

Deutsch Family Farm is one of The Lakely’s main farm suppliers and we are very excited and proud to showcase them for this dinner!

Dinner starts at 6:30pm. Bar will open at 4:00pm. Sorry, but they cannot accommodate significant dietary restrictions for these events.
